At First Class Pack & Ship, we offer a safe, confidential and convenient location to receive your mail and packages. We have three mailbox sizes to meet the needs of residential and business customers. Not only do we receive U.S. Mail for you, but also packages of any size delivered by all the major courier services. Our Free Call-in Mail Check service saves you time, and our 24-hour mailbox access option allows you to access your mailbox at any time of day or night (for your convenience, our self-serve black and white copiers are also available 24 hours a day).

If you require a safe and secure location to receive your mail and packages, but are out-of-town, consider our Custom Mail Forwarding Service. We will set you up with a mailbox, and send your mail anywhere in the world, as often as you like!

How to Rent a Mailbox

The easiest way to rent a mailbox is to come into our store. You will be required to complete some documentation and provide two pieces of identification which we will photocopy for our confidential files. If everything is in order, you will leave the store with your new mailing address and key. The entire process takes only about ten minutes.

You may also set up a mailbox without visiting our store by taking the following steps (Adobe Acrobat required):

  1. Click here to download and print our Mailbox Activation Procedures (1 page) and the Private Mailbox Order Form (1 page). These instructions will guide you through the process of completing all forms and determining your costs.
  2. Click here to print the Mailbox Service Agreement (3 pages) that is referred to in the Mailbox Activation Procedures.
  3. Click here to print the Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent form (2 pages) that is referred to in the Mailbox Activation Procedures.
  4. If you require mail forwarding, click here to print the Mail Forwarding Worksheet (1 page) that is referred to in the Mailbox Activation Procedures.
  5. Submit all forms, plus copies of your identification, to us via fax at 781-340-1118. We will review them for accuracy and call you to confirm they are complete.
  6. Mail all forms and payment (if not via credit card) to us at the address shown on the bottom of our forms, or click here for our mailing address.
