Passport Services

If you are traveling abroad, First Class Pack & Ship can make your preparations more convenient. Come in anytime during business hours to have your passport or visa photo taken. Our photos meet all requirements for U.S. passport and visa services, and most other photo identification purposes.

If you require a passport or visa, we offer two levels of service. You may wish to print this page for reference as you review your options.

Passport "Hand-Carry" Service - for 14 business days or less travel

We are the local agent for Instant Passport. Please go to the Instant Passport web site and "Make a Selection" in the option box at the top right corner of the page.

Select the appropriate option for passport or visa. This will bring up the Instant Passport web site. Be sure to enter our zip code (02189) into the locator when prompted. This will properly code any forms you may print.

Some tips to save you time...

• Print Instant Passport's written step-by-step instructions page for the option you select. This provides you with an easy to follow checklist.
• If applying for a new passport; or, replacing a lost or stolen passport, be sure to visit us for passport photos BEFORE going to a Passport Acceptance Office (as indicated in step 2 of the written instructions).
• Contact us to locate a nearby Passport Acceptance Agency (for obtaining new passports or replacing lost-stolen passports only). We will provide you with the closest location to you.
• If you do not have access to a computer or the Internet, we do offer a computer workstation where you can download and print all forms.

Passport Basic Service for departures in 30 days or more

The usual turn around time to obtain a passport by mail can take as long as 2-3 months. You could obtain your passport sooner. There is an alternative available if you do not have a flight booked.

Proof of travel and written authorization are not required for this option. Get your "sealed envelope" from the Acceptance Agent and bring it to our store. Ask us to Federal Express your application (whether new or a renewal) directly to the Passport Agency; verses mailing or express mailing it. Doing this offers the following advantages to you;

• Trackable service allows you to confirm receipt by the Passport Office and also follow the return shipment to your home or office.
• Your application is opened on the day of delivery rather than placed in the Agency's "in-coming application bin" for later processing. While there is no guarantee that the Passport Agency will issue your passport sooner than the normal 2-3 month turn around, it is more likely that your application should be processed sooner because it's been opened and sorted.
• You'll have the "Peace of Mind" knowing that your application has been received and opened the day your package arrives at the Passport Agency; and, your original proof of identity documents and payments have not been delayed or potentially lost in the mail.
